Chebel Bsaibes
Chairman – Amana Investments
Chebel has over 40 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial projects. Prior to founding Amana in 1993, Chebel worked for Kirby Building Systems, Kuwait, and Zamil Steel Buildings – Saudi Arabia. Chebel holds an honors degree in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management from The University of Nottingham, UK. He is also a Harvard Business School Alumni through the OPM Program.
Riad Bsaibes
President & CEO – Amana Investments
Riad Bsaibes is the President and CEO of Amana Investments having spent 15 years as the COO of Amana Contracting Group, and had been prior in various managerial and operational positions with Corning Incorporated and Schlumberger Oilfield Services. Mr. Bsaibes holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering M.I.T. (1991) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School (2001). He is the Vice Chairman of the MIT Educational Council, a past Director on the global board of Harvard Alumni Association (USA), member of the Advisory Board of The Harvard Club of the UAE, the board of the MIT Club of the UAE and the Advisory Board of the AUS Civil Engineering Dept. Riad is an active member of the YPO and Endeavor global organizations and a jurist on the MIT Business Plan Competition for the Pan-Arab Region
Jihad Bsaibes
President & CEO – Amana Contracting
Jihad is also a Board member of Amana Group Limited. He joined Amana in 2000 after having worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation (Wisconsin, USA). During the tenure with Amana, Jihad has had various operational positions in the capacity of Procurement Officer, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager and General Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The University of Alabama (USA).
Waleed Bsaybess
Board Member
Waleed is a Board Member at Amana Group Limited. He has over 40 years experience in the construction industry having held a range of positions from Project Coordinator to Operations Manager in various construction companies in the Middle East. Waleed holds a Diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
